LONDON – 27 August 2026: Triver has announced it has raised an additional £8m from top investors to scale its revolutionary Cashflow Streaming proposition
The London-based fintech firm leverages bank account data, accounting data and sophisticated AI to underwrite the risk of small business borrowing instantly and automatically. Faster and more easily than high street banks, it can provide advances on a business’s client invoices 24/7, offering peace of mind of simple access to capital when needed. This seamless service is called ‘Cashflow Streaming’ - a new way to fund the real economy.
With Triver, small businesses are granted a new facility up to £700,00 within 10 minutes of starting their application. Invoices typically take less than 5 minutes to fund thanks to a plug-and-play integration with accounting platforms Sage, Xero and Quickbook. Triver’s fees start at 1.8% for a 30-day invoice making it not only lightning fast, but affordable.
Triver was founded in 2023 by a team of fintech experts led by Jerome Le Luel, former Funding Circle Chief Risk Officer and Global Head of Risk Analytics for Barclays. It currently serves 2,400 clients and has financed more than 40,000 invoices worth £400m since launch. Repeat usage represents more than 90% of monthly revenues and Net Promoter Score stands at 92 — a reflection of just how much customers value the service.
The £8m Series B equity round is led by Calderwood Capital, with the support of existing investors. It brings Triver’s total VC investment to date to £30m. This extra capital will be invested in perfecting the product and building integrations with brands who leverage Triver’s technology to offer funding to their SME users at the point of need. Triver is already collaborating with Tide Bank to enable Cashflow Streaming within their environment, and more embedded finance partnerships are being progressed.
Jerome Le Luel, Triver founder & CEO, said: “We believe business leaders deserve smart financial solutions that remove the barriers to growth. Enabling SMEs to spend time on their company, instead of their finances. That’s why we’re building Triver.”
“We’ve created a solution that’s fast, flexible and fair. By turning invoices into immediate cash, we give ambitious SME businesses the freedom to move faster, unlocking what they have already earned.”
“Cashflow Streaming isn’t factoring. It’s not a loan. There’s no catch. Cashflow Streaming is your money, without the wait.”
Dylan Grice, CIO of Calderwood Capital, said: “We’re delighted to be supporting Triver in the next phase of their growth journey, enabling the company to revolutionise the way the real economy is funded so that the UK can prosper.”
